EQ4U UPDATE – DECEMBER 2025

An effective vision statement describes what your organisation wants to become by ‘painting a picture with words’ that others can envisage in a concise, memorable and inspirational way. This month’s vision theme is a follow on from last month’s mission topic. Vision statement examples below:

  • Oxfam: “A just world without poverty.”
  • Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID) – ‘Our vision is a world where deafness and hearing loss are not barriers to opportunity and fulfilment.’

Quote of the month:

‘Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.’

WARREN BUFFETT
